Visoko intenziven intervalen trening. Gre za aerobno vadbo, ki vključuje različne funkcionalne vaje z lastno težo, ki se izvajajo v krajših časovnih intervalih. Cilj vadbe je, da med visoko intenzivnim intervalom dvignemo srčni utrip na 70-80 % maksimalnega srčnega utripa.
Vadba je namenjena bolje pripravljenim vadečim.
